C Predicted market:
The production mainly aims at sales in domestic market such as Thruway Bureaus, Highway Bureaus, Highway Engineering Company, Equipment Leasing Company, etc. At present and for a long time later on, the engineering construction and maintenance of the highway in China is tremendous, but the constructing methods are behindhand, the equipment is rough also. Therefore it is urgent to purchase and replace new ones. The imported equipment are expensive which only can be used partly by large company and on express highway. With the high requirement for the engineering quality and more construction of express highway, it is predicted that the senior highway may reach 25,000 km. And the demand for the equipment may increase rapidly. Take the example for milling planer, if one set is needed per 100km, the total demand may be 1000 sets. The milling planer which is above 2m in our country is basically vacant, the total number are lower than 10 sets. The annual demand for wheel loader in domestic are about 25,000 sets, it is predicted to increase to 30,000 sets in recent years; the annual demand for snow shoving machine is about 300 sets, the plant supplies about 240 sets.
In five to ten years, the road will step into great maintenance time gradually. The demand for maintenance machine will increase a lot apparently. Except for milling planer, the main equipment include slurry sealing truck, multi-function road maintaining truck, loading excavator, etc. If favorable product can be designed timely, enough fund can be invested, and at the same time, with cheap price to occupy the market speedily, it is expected that the market share will be above 30%. |
