C. Market Predict:
The product aimed mainly at domestic market, including cement plants, steel-iron plants, coal washing factories, power plants, sea port, etc. At present and for a long time in the future, Chinese cement plants will change wet process into dry, thus in a great need of homogenizing stackers/reclaimers. Steel-iron plants also need a great number of stackers/reclaimers to build raw material sites, so do the coal washing factories, power plants and sea ports.
It is estimated that in the next 3-5 years, the domestic demand of stacker/reclaimer is around 250 sets. According to our present output, about 70 sets each year, if we can improve our technology, our domestic market share will reach above 50%.
＂OK＂ type apron feeder aimed mainly at domestic market and international market in Asia and Africa. It is used to transport hunk material for metallurgy and miners. In crushing systems under deep storehouse pressure it can?ˉt be substituted by other machines. At present and during a long period in future, with the building and rebuilding of cement plants, metallurgy and miners at domestic market and in Asia and Africa, there is certain demand for heavy apron feeder.
It is predicted that in the future five years, the annual demand for heavy apron feeder at domestic market and in Asia and Africa is about 150 sets. The market share for heavy apron feeder with width above 2 meters accounts for about 70%, and the one with width under 2 meters accounts for about 20-30%. The market share will be increase if new technology and fund are introduced.
The drum mixing machine is used to mix and produce material for black ball and non-ferrous metallurgy sinter. The product aimed mainly at domestic market. At present, the equipment in most of the metal metallurgy plants required renovating and rebuilding. It is also demanded in part of newly established plants, especially in application of process to change big ball into small ball sinter. It is predicted that in the future five years, the annual demand for drum mixing machine at domestic market is about 90 sets. According to the operation of the corporate these years, the market share accounts for about 30% and it will increase if there is strong cooperation. |

1. The 40,000 m2 welding workshop, with 1476m2 operation area steel pre processing line, and cranes whose lifting capability is 50 tons, that can install steel structures 11m high, 70m long and weigh 100 tons.
2. More than 200 sets of machining equipment. Among them the milling and boring machines imported from France can process work pieces as large as 2500X10000X5000mm. The max modulus of the work pieces the milling machine can process is 30mm, and the max size is 3500mm. The max normal direction modulus of the rectangular axis reducer is 21.5 mm, the max diameter of arc wheel is 100mm. The max gear grinding modulus of the parallel axis reducer is 25, and the max diameter is 1500mm.
3. Owning special equipment of casting, forging, heat processing, punching and related specialists.
4. More than 100 technicians engaged in this device, complete quality testing system, advanced testing methods. The materials can be analyzed about the physical properties or chemical ingredients in the science lab.
